This is a long-term placement position paying $16.90/hr on a Monday-Friday day schedule. In this role, you will palletize finished goods, load and unload trucks, and move boxes throughout the facility. This is a steady, consistent schedule with no weekends.

Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Palletize finished goods and stage completed product for shipping. Load and unload trucks at the dock. Move boxes and materials throughout the facility by hand or using material handling equipment. Keep work area clean and organized at the end of each shift. Minimum Requirements 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Bilingual/Spanish required. Preferred Qualifications Experience palletizing or stacking product in a production or distribution setting. Familiarity with dock procedures including receiving and shipping. Experience in a plastics, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing environment. Ability to read and follow work instructions or shipping labels. Experience working on a team in a high-output production environment. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
