5:30 AM
•2:00 PM afternoon shift : 2:15 PM
•10:45 PM Job Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our chocolate manufacturing warehouse in Torrance, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for stable, long-term employment in the food manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in the production and packaging of chocolate products Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure smooth workflow Inspect and sort chocolates to maintain quality control standards Follow safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with food industry regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous experience in food production, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus but not required Must be E-Verified to work in the U.S. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic Willingness to follow safety guidelines and food industry regulations What We Offer Stable, long-term employment with growth opportunities Hands-on training
