This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory. Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and escalate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication. Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs. Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertly managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment. Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.
