This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety throughout the packaging and materials handling operations. Pay $18, Paid Weekly Monday through Friday Must Speak Spanish!! Packing Skills a must Duties Operate packaging equipment and material handling machinery in accordance with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Pack finished products securely, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and quality standards are met Rack or organize products on pallets or storage areas for efficient warehouse operations and shipping readiness Perform mechanical troubleshooting on packaging equipment and industrial machinery to minimize downtime Interpret production documents, work orders, and assembly instructions accurately to ensure correct packaging procedures Handle materials safely using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts while following safety standards in production and warehouse environments Conduct routine inspections of equipment, identify issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and escalate repairs as needed Requirements Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment preferred Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and CGMP standards applicable to manufacturing settings Familiarity with packaging equipment, industrial machinery, and troubleshooting mechanical issues Ability to interpret production documents, work orders, and assembly instructions clearly and accurately Mechanical knowledge including understanding of industrial equipment troubleshooting techniques Competence in basic math skills for measurements, counts, and documentation accuracy Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment safely Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Strong adherence to safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol compliance and hazard awareness Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in assembly, packaging, and materials handling tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in manufacturing!
