Warehouse Associate AEMPro - 1.5 Ventura, CA Job Details $18 - $20 an hour 18 hours ago Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team in Ventura, CA . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient communication between drivers and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in using transportation management systems. Note the Warehouse Worker will have to be able to work in the Warehouse and also will need to be able to drive their own car to other locations.

Analyze logistics data to optimize delivery routes and improve operational efficiency. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls from clients and drivers, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accurate tracking of shipments. Collaborate with the supply chain team to address any issues related to inventory or delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare reports as needed. Experience Previous experience in logistics or dispatching is preferred but not required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay:
