About the Role Kevidko Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate & Receiving team member to support warehouse operations with a focus on receiving, replenishment support, organization, and general warehouse execution. This is a hands-on warehouse position intended to support overall warehouse flow and efficiency. Team members should expect to assist in multiple warehouse functions and support changing operational priorities throughout the shift.
Primary Schedule:
12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Friday 11:00 AM start) Flexibility required based on operational needs. Key Responsibilities Receiving Assist with unloading, checking, and processing inbound shipments Verify received quantities against purchase orders and packing slips Identify and report shortages, damages, overages, and receiving discrepancies Assist with physical receiving activities and organization of inbound product Support preparing warehouse space for incoming deliveries Warehouse Operations Assist with put-away of received product throughout the warehouse Replenish pick locations to support outbound order pulling operations Consolidate product and help create usable warehouse space Maintain organized product placement and aisle accessibility Support urgent replenishment requests Assist with transfers and movement of product between warehouse areas Additional Warehouse Duties Order picking and pulling customer orders Shrink-wrapping pallets Loading and staging outbound trucks General warehouse cleanup and operational support Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Work Environment & Physical Requirements Warehouse environment with frequent movement between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs Use of pallet jacks, forklifts, ladders, and warehouse equipment Forklift experience preferred (training available) Requirements Warehouse, receiving, shipping, logistics, or related experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience preferred but not required Compensation $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience About Kevidko Inc.
