We are looking for someone with experience in the Los Angeles Fashion District wholesale apparel industry who understands the fast-paced nature of order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, physically capable of handling warehouse duties, and works well independently as well as with a team. A valid driver's license is preferred for occasional local deliveries, pickups, and other company-related transportation needs.

Duties:

Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. Verify order quantities, styles, colors, and sizes before packing. Organize, sort, and maintain warehouse inventory. Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments. Label, barcode, and prepare products for inventory and shipping. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization. Load and unload boxes and merchandise safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with showroom and stockroom organization as needed. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Perform local pickups and deliveries when required (valid driver's license preferred). Follow company procedures for inventory control and order accuracy. Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience, preferably in wholesale apparel or the Los Angeles Fashion District. Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems. Valid California driver's license preferred. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
