Job Description
Clover Direct Logistics is a growing logistics and warehousing company located in Walnut, CA. We specialize in container unloading, palletizing, warehousing, and LTL/FTL freight transportation throughout the United States. We are looking for a dependable, organized individual who enjoys both office work and warehouse operations. This position offers the opportunity to learn every aspect of the logistics business while growing into a key member of our operations team. Responsibilities Prepare LTL freight quotes using multiple carriers. Book LTL and truckload shipments. Schedule carrier pickups and delivery appointments. Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping paperwork. Track shipments and communicate updates with customers. Answer emails and phone calls professionally. Enter shipment information into our transportation software. Verify pallet counts, weights, and dimensions. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory. Help load and unload trucks when needed. Operate a forklift during pickups (preferred but not required). Perform other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or shipping is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time Occasional overtime during busy periods Pay $20.00-$30.00 per hour (Based on experience.) Why Join Us?
