Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant/Driver to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and possess strong technical skills in warehouse equipment operation and logistics. Duties Load and unload shipments using meterial handling equipment or manually while adhering to safety protocols Assist with inventory control through accurate stock counting, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track product movement and stock levels Ensure proper packaging of products for safe transportation and delivery Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Drive company vehicles safely for deliveries and pickups, complying with all traffic laws and safety procedures Support warehouse management in stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and materials handling tasks Experience Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and distribution processes Valid forklift certification is a plus Knowledge of inventory management systems Experience with logistics coordination, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy loads as required Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry tasks Prior warehouse and driver experience is required; a proactive attitude towards safety compliance and technical proficiency is essential California Driver License is required.
