Our operations support the sourcing and distribution of surgical supplies, medical products, X-ray equipment, and other healthcare-related products for clients and healthcare organizations. As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Loader to support the receiving, movement, organization, and preparation of products and supplies. Position Overview The Loader plays an important role in supporting the efficient movement of incoming and outgoing materials. This position assists with unloading deliveries, receiving and organizing products, moving materials between designated areas, preparing orders for distribution, and maintaining clean and organized storage and work areas. Because many of the products we handle require careful and accurate handling, attention to detail is an important part of this position. The Loader works with operations and inventory personnel to ensure products are properly received, identified, stored, and prepared for outgoing orders. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable performing hands-on physical work. Previous experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, warehouse operations, or material handling is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Load and unload boxes, packages, supplies, and other materials from delivery vehicles Receive incoming products and move them to designated storage or staging areas Sort and organize medical supplies, equipment, packaged products, and other inventory Prepare and stage outgoing orders according to shipping and distribution requirements Verify product labels, quantities, and basic receiving or shipping information Inspect incoming packages for visible damage, incorrect labeling, or discrepancies Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received products to the appropriate team member Move materials safely between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas Assist with packing, labeling, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment Handle products carefully to help prevent damage during movement and preparation Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other approved material-handling equipment as needed Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining accurate placement of products Help locate and retrieve products for scheduled orders or transfers Follow work orders, handling instructions, and established operating procedures Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving, storage, and staging areas Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices Assist with additional receiving, inventory, shipping, and operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in loading, receiving, shipping, inventory, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or material handling is preferred but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the scheduled shift Basic ability to read product labels, work orders, and shipping information Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn company procedures and proper product-handling practices Responsible and professional approach to assigned work Strong commitment to workplace safety and accurate handling of products Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to safely lift and move boxes, packages, supplies, and other materials consistent with the requirements of the position Ability to perform receiving, loading, staging, packing, and material-handling duties throughout the workday What We Offer Stable opportunity with an established international trading and distribution company Hands-on training and ongoing support Professional and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain practical experience in receiving, inventory, shipping, and distribution operations Opportunities to learn additional areas of supply and logistics operations Potential for increased responsibilities and professional growth Join Our Team At Ethylox Trading International Corporation , accurate and careful product handling is an important part of maintaining efficient supply and distribution operations.
