Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Safely operate equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately Assist with stocking shelves, picking & packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery or receiving incoming goods Conduct heavy lifting and materials handling tasks in accordance with OSHA safety standards to ensure safe work practices Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments, completing load & unload activities, and maintaining detailed inbound/outbound logs Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance on heavy machinery Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or order pickers is essential Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for warehouse safety and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with packaging techniques, order fulfillment procedures, and stock management processes Experience in shipping & receiving operations, order picking & packing, and materials handling is advantageous Strong mechanical aptitude combined with the ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and construction-related activities Join us today to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and growth! Pay:
$23.67 - $28.50 per hour
