Focus:

Scraping out surplus tubes and equipment from our warehouse. o Type of items to breakdown - parting out equipment, breaking tubes with hammers, removing circuit boards, transformers and wiring in scrap equipment This will be all physical labor Lifting up to 50lbs Swinging hammers, loading pallets Scrap bins and dumpsters are onsite.

o Which tools are involved? Hand tools, hammers, screwdrivers, pallet jack If allowed, cordless drill No forklift.

o PPE offered by company: Safety glasses, work gloves, back belts For their safety, appropriate shoes should be worn, such that should something fall, it doesn't hurt them.

o Most of the work will be at warehouse (500 yards from main office), possibly some work will be at main facility. How to
