Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods. Organize and store inventory to maximize warehouse space and accessibility. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures and quality standards. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment. Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure accuracy. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve processes and efficiency. Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to management. Required Qualifications Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Experience in durable goods manufacturing or a related industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
