Job Description

- What's a typical day as a Material Handler You'll be:
- + Performing cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
+ Researching and resolving inventory discrepancies.
+ Supporting physical inventory activities, restocking, re-boxing, banding, wrapping, and labeling products.
+ Picking, packing, staging, and shipping customer orders accurately.
+ Verifying products, quantities, and destinations prior to shipment.
+ Operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other approved material handling equipment.
+ Maintaining clean, organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards.
+ Following all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and using required PPE.
+ Participating in safety meetings and supporting warehouse housekeeping activities.
- This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- + Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
+ Bring previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
+ Can operate RF scanners and basic computer systems.
+ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
+ Are able to read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
+ Can lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and are comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
+ Work well independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
