Warehouse and Material Handler Sun Mountain Custom Doors - 2.0 Berthoud, CO Job Details Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Life insurance Referral program Qualifications Computer operation Forklift High school diploma or GED Materials handling Order picker Full Job Description Sun Mountain, Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer of custom doors and other architectural millwork products, is seeking a Warehouse and Material Handler to join its team, working at the company's factory location in Berthoud, Colorado (just south of Loveland). This position works the day shift Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (four ten-hour days). Overtime is frequent (but not guaranteed), and the candidate must be available to work overtime on some weekdays or on Fridays (with weekends free). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Unloading and receiving materials. Pulling materials for manufacturing departments, shipping, and maintaining inventories. Handling and safely moving materials including doors and architectural millwork. Accessing information via computer. Printing reports/schedules and referencing them to complete job orders. Complying with health and safety regulations and best practices. Taking direction from the supervisor to ensure work is completed. Working in cooperation with a small group.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) year of relevant experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Forklift operation experience (training and certification will be provided, as needed). Experience moving large or bulky products. Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to read/use a tape measure. Proven reliability and dependability. Flexibility, including the ability to adapt to changes in priority.
Physical Demands:
Safety glasses must be worn at all times. Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds.
