What You'll Be Doing As a Warehouse Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facility organized, safe, and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

Emptying trash and recycling throughout the warehouse Sweeping and maintaining clean, safe warehouse floors Operating a ride‑on, Zamboni‑style floor cleaning machine Handling general cleaning and upkeep duties as assigned Completing daily cleaning tasks thoroughly and on schedule What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly Comfort with physical, hands‑on work Willingness to work overtime when needed Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in a warehouse or industrial environment Forklift experience or familiarity (not required) Why You'll Enjoy Working Here Supportive team culture with open feedback and strong collaboration A workplace where effort, reliability, and productivity are recognized Stock options and opportunities for advancement Long‑term growth potential for motivated employees A strong sense of teamwork and shared success Work Environment Industrial distribution warehouse with a team of ~15 employees Fast‑paced and physically active setting Temperature varies: warm in summer, cool in winter due to open bay doors Required attire: steel‑toed boots and jeans without holes Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
