Broomfield, Colorado - No remote work About the Role We're hiring a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to work in our busy, temperature-controlled warehouse. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound flooring materials, coordinating with installers and office staff, keeping the warehouse organized and safe, counting and reordering materials, and ensuring jobs go out on time — every time. This is a physically demanding job that requires lifting, loading, and working on your feet. About Us We're a fast-growing flooring company known for clean installs, strong relationships, and professional service. We install carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and other flooring solutions for residential and light commercial clients. Responsibilities Handle all inventory and materials in the warehouse (flooring, padding, adhesives, tools, etc.) Receive deliveries and inspect for accuracy and damage Load materials for installer pickups and job deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Coordinate with office staff to prep materials for upcoming jobs Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and light machinery (forklift certification required) Enforce safety procedures and maintain records Other duties as may be assigned Requirements Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory handling experience Ability to lift and move heavy materials daily (up to 75 lbs) Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic Basic computer skills (inventory tracking, communication tools) Clear communication skills with installers and office staff Nice to Have Experience in flooring, construction materials, or trades Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage $21.19 + bonuses Health, Vision and Dental insurance Paid Vacation, Sick Pay and Paid Holidays 401(k) Company phone Employee discount How to Apply Click .
