Material Handler Keep Critical Operations Moving At Gogo, we're transforming how people connect in the sky through innovative aviation connectivity and technology solutions. As our Material Handler , you'll play a critical role in supporting manufacturing, repair, and warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, moving, and issuing materials throughout the facility. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and uninterrupted production flow. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials to ensure accuracy and timely availability for production and repair operations. Pick, pack, and distribute materials according to work orders, production schedules, and customer requirements. Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to maintain efficient material flow and inventory accuracy. Operate material handling equipment and perform inventory transactions within ERP systems. Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and routine audits. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and material handling processes. Contribute to on-time delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction goals. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, material handling, manufacturing support, or a related environment. Demonstrated experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and material movement processes. Experience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems. Ability to accurately track inventory and perform transactions with strong attention to detail. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. Even Better If You Have You don't need to check every box below. If you bring experience in some of these areas, we'd especially like to hear from you: Experience in aerospace, aviation, electronics manufacturing, or a regulated industry. Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of inventory control best practices and cycle counting methodologies. Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms. Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and warehouse automation tools. Pay:
$26.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
