General Laborer - Fireproofing Support (Denver International Airport)

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm (meet at Henderson warehouse at 5:45am; shift pay starts at 6:30am)

12-24 months (stable, indoor work at DEN)

Openings:

2 We are seeking two reliable General Laborers to support fireproofing crews at Denver International Airport. This is a long‑term opportunity offering steady hours, consistent indoor work, and the potential to be hired directly based on performance. Responsibilities Clean and maintain designated work areas, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials Assist fireproofing crews by moving, staging, and preparing materials and equipment Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment Set up and break down work areas, including surface protection and overspray prevention Support fireproofers during application by handing tools, mixing materials, and performing tasks as directed Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Work effectively as part of a 4‑person crew (operating in 2‑person teams) Requirements 1+ year of commercial construction or general labor experience Comfortable working in an airport environment and following all security/safety protocols Ability to obtain a DEN airport badge (company will assist with process) Valid driver's license required Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Must be able to meet at the Henderson warehouse each morning for carpool to DEN What We Offer Stable, long‑term indoor work at Denver International Airport Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for direct hire based on performance and workload Supportive team environment with clear expectations and steady workflow Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO.
