Your Role:
As a Parts Counter Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, service technicians, and dealership operations by providing exceptional parts service and inventory support. This position combines front-counter customer service with warehouse and inventory responsibilities, ensuring the right parts are available, accurately stocked, and delivered efficiently. You will assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing parts, process orders for pickup, delivery, and shipment, and help maintain an organized and accurate inventory system. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:
A customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and building relationships Experienced in automotive parts sales, inventory management, or warehouse operations (preferred) An effective communicator with strong organization and follow-up skills Comfortable using parts catalogs, inventory systems, and computer applications Able to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality A dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
What You'll Do:
Assist walk-in, phone, and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases Support service technicians by sourcing and supplying parts needed for vehicle repairs Recommend companion parts, accessories, promotions, and product lineups when appropriate Pull, package, and process parts orders for customer pickup, delivery, or shipment Order non-stocked parts and communicate availability, pricing, and estimated arrival times Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Stock and organize inventory, ensuring parts are accurately labeled and stored Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory processes Prepare and stage parts for internal repair orders, wholesale accounts, and customer orders Process parts returns, warranty returns, and core returns according to manufacturer and dealership procedures Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock or fast-moving parts Follow dealership safety standards and hazardous material handling procedures
Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday Ability to work in both warehouse and customer-facing environments Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
