Job Description

Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Erie, CO. This role is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving incoming materials, unloading deliveries, and verifying shipments against documentation. The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, label and organize inventory, and maintain clean, safe storage areas. The position involves operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, in compliance with safety procedures. The Warehouse Associate will also support basic inventory counts, assist with shipping paperwork, and coordinate closely with production and office staff to ensure timely order fulfillment. Qualifications Experience with shipping & receiving activities, including checking, recording, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods. Proficiency in packing and preparing products for shipment to ensure accuracy and protection of materials. Ability to safely perform unloading tasks and handle materials during deliveries and transfers. Skill in use of pallet jacks, with adherence to warehouse safety procedures. Basic inventory management skills, including counting stock and updating records. Ability to lift and move materials as required, and stand or walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
