This unique role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys variety in their workday. You will split your time between traditional warehouse operations, general building maintenance, seasonal landscaping, and occasional residential handyman/odd jobs for the company ownership. A company truck will be provided for all work-related travel, including a weekly trip between Fort Collins, CO, and Cheyenne, WY. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Pull, prepare, pack, and stage shipments accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment) safely and efficiently. Travel from Fort Collins to Cheyenne, WY once a week to assist with pulling parts for orders, inventory management and warehouse upkeep. Facilities Maintenance & Landscaping Perform routine interior and exterior building cleanup and debris removal. Handle basic property maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, minor repairs). Execute seasonal landscaping duties, including lawn care, weeding, trimming, and winter snow/ice removal from walkways. Monitor facility upkeep and report any major maintenance issues. Property & Owner Support / Odd Jobs Travel to the owner's local residence to assist with various odd jobs, property maintenance, or specialized projects as needed. Run professional errands, pick up materials, and transport supplies between locations.

Schedule & Travel Requirements Location:

Primarily based in Fort Collins, CO.

Travel:

Must be willing and able to travel to Cheyenne, WY, at least once a week (and occasionally to other local sites) using a provided company vehicle.

Qualifications & Requirements Driving Record:

Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Must be insurable under our company commercial auto policy.

Experience:

Previous experience in warehouse work, general labor, landscaping, or basic property maintenance is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong hand-on troubleshooting and "handyman" skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand/walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
