As a privately owned company, we've been a trusted partner to builders, cabinet manufacturers, flooring retailers, and craftsmen across the Western U.S. and the Midwest since 1934. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently. This position focuses on hands-on warehouse work, inventory organization, and customer support, helping ensure orders are accurate, accessible, and ready when our customers need them.

What You'll Do Warehouse Operations:

Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and overall warehouse flow while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Forklift & Material Handling:

Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, stage, and organize flooring materials and supplies.

Order Preparation:

Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for will-call pickup or delivery.

Customer Interaction:

Assist will-call customers with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring a smooth and helpful experience.

Organization & Efficiency:

Keep products properly labeled, organized, and accessible to support fast-paced daily operations.

What You'll Bring Eligibility & Availability:

Must be at least 18 years of age and available for a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.

Experience:

Forklift and warehouse experience preferred. Prior experience in hardwood flooring, lumber yards, building materials, or similar environments is a plus but not required.

Mindset:

Reliable, safety-focused, physically capable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Compliance:

Must successfully complete pre-employment and random drug screening and a background check.
