Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to own day‑to‑day warehouse and inventory operations. This hands‑on role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate inventory, efficient shipping and receiving, and timely outbound fulfillment for customers and field service teams. This is an on‑site position ideal for someone who thrives in an execution‑focused environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys improving processes. What You'll Do Execute daily shipping and receiving for parts, spares, and materials Maintain accurate warehouse inventory through tracking, reconciliation, cycle counts, and organization Coordinate daily logistics with freight carriers and shipping vendors Package and ship parts to customers and field service teams Receive, inspect, label, and store inbound materials and equipment Maintain and update documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors and delays Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control in a manufacturing environment Experience working independently in a hands‑on, execution‑focused environment Strong attention to detail with a clear ownership mindset Comfortable working in a warehouse or mixed office/warehouse setting Familiarity with common shipping carriers and inventory tracking methods Forklift experience required Exposure to ERP or inventory management systems Proficient computer skills Why This Role Stable Monday-Friday schedule Hands‑on role with real ownership and impact Opportunity to help shape and improve warehouse operations Collaborative, fast‑moving environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
