Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Load and unload shipments safely, verifying quantities against shipping documents and updating inventory records in systems like AS400 or MRP. Stock shelves and storage areas systematically, maintaining organized and accessible inventory for quick retrieval. Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing packages, labeling orders correctly, and ensuring timely dispatch. Use basic math skills to count stock, verify quantities, and process inventory transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment aligned with company standards. Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is preferred. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and load/unload activities. Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing accuracy, and inventory control. Basic math skills for counting stock and processing transactions accurately.
