Job Description

Warehouse Maintenance Technician $18 per hour, Temp-to-Perm Hamden, CT This maintenance position is responsible for a variety of maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation projects within the manufacturing floor.

Primary Responsibilities:

Performing daily cleaning, picking up and sweeping, vacuuming, and using a floor scrubber to clean the manufacturing floor. Ensuring all cleanliness standards are adhered to at all times. Checking all areas for any deficiencies and damages and reporting them to a supervisor. Ensuring safety guidelines are followed at all times. Other responsibilities as required.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience is an asset. Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently. The ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day. Excellent communication and customer service skills complemented by a strong sense of professionalism and a keen eye for detail. A clear background and drug test are required.
