$25.00/hour About the Company Steel and Wire Northeast is a specialized supplier for the New England building industry. While we are a division of a company established in 1929, our Dayville facility operates as a tight-knit, local team. We focus on providing high-quality products, like our Bullseye® fasteners, and maintaining the long-term customer relationships that have kept us stable for nearly a century. The Role We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Dayville operations. Unlike large-scale distribution centers, our warehouse offers a work environment where you will have a direct impact on daily operations. You will work closely with a small team to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure our customers receive exactly what they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection:

Accurately verify incoming shipments and inspect for quality.

Inventory Management:

Organize and stock materials to maintain an efficient workspace.

Order Fulfillment:

Precisely pick and assemble customer orders using pick tickets.

Staging & Loading:

Securely wrap materials and safely load trucks for transport.

Site Maintenance:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Who We Are Looking For We value reliability and a straightforward work ethic. This role is a good fit for someone who prefers a collaborative environment over an anonymous, high-volume corporate warehouse.

Experience:

Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates who show up on time and work hard.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of loading/unloading. Attention to

Reliability:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (Overtime as needed).
