Warehouse Associate

Craft beer company is seeking a full-time employee to work in the warehouse, building pallets of beer for shipment, and working with the packaging group to package beer. This role will also include a some time on the road, delivering beer to package stores and restaurants. The company is based in North Haven, CT and deliveries are across the state. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Picking beer/setting up orders for delivery in the warehouse.
• Assisting with packaging of product as needed.
• Completing multiple deliveries/day in an efficient manner; delivering product with excellent customer service to customers. This will include moving kegs of beer weighing up to 150lbs.
• Properly handling all deliveries to ensure they arrive intact to the correct locations in a safe, and timely manner;
• Communicating clearly and effectively with customers and associates;
• Keeping and communicating accurate records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years old;
• Must have valid, clean driver's license
• we will perform a driving record check prior to employment;
• Ability to comfortably navigate throughout Connecticut;
• Prior delivery and customer service experience a plus;
• Interpersonal skills, reliability, and punctuality required;
• Ability to speak and read English.
