0 Seymour, CT Job Details 15 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Warehouse Associate Location Seymour, CT Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Overview This role supports efficient warehouse operations and the accurate, timely processing of customer order shipments. You will receive and inspect incoming materials, help maintain inventory accuracy, operate material handling equipment, and keep the warehouse organized and safe. What you will do Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Maintain a clean, organized warehouse to support safe and efficient operations Assist with inventory management, including labeling, shelving, and tracking stock levels Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Follow safety guidelines and promptly report safety concerns Communicate inventory and operational updates clearly with team members and supervisors Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and shipment details What success looks like Incoming shipments are received and inspected accurately Inventory records and stock levels remain accurate and up to date Warehouse space stays organized, clean, and safe Material handling equipment is operated safely and efficiently Shipment and inventory documentation is completed accurately Operational updates and issues are communicated promptly What we are looking for Strong computer proficiency Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Practical problem-solving ability Good communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team Education and experience High school diploma or GED required 2-5 years of warehouse experience preferred Electrical industry experience is a plus Physical requirements Occasional sitting, reaching or working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Frequent walking Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion Frequent lifting of up to 150 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds Additional information Driver's license required May be modified from time to time.
