We are looking for a self-motivated individual, with the ability to adhere to direction. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, willing to learn new skills, and be a dedicated worker. Key Functions:
Responsible for general warehouse duties including laboring, driving, and organizing inventory. Assist in preparing bucket trucks, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring readiness of tools and supplies. Organize and maintain warehouse operations to support routine utility work. Unload, palletize, and store materials accurately and efficiently. Operate dollies and pallet jacks to safely move heavy equipment and boxes. Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure readiness for field deployment. Work closely with field crews and supervisors to stage and dispatch materials and vehicles as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards. Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reordering of supplies and tools. Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior warehouse and/or logistics experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with bucket truck setup and staging preferred. Knuckle Boom Operator certification or experience is a plus. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Clean driving record required; Class A or Class B CDL preferred. Capable of lifting more than 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks. Must be willing and able to work occasional nights and weekends. Why Haugland?
