This role also supports general facility cleanliness and organization to ensure internal standards are maintained during overnight operations.

Pay Range:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour (includes $4.00/hour overnight shift differential)

Position Type:

Full Time Shift:

10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend hours during peak production periods Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation of sit-down forklift throughout the facility Load and unload trucks at the dock with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency Wrap palletized finished goods using stretch wrapper to maintain product quality Store finished goods in appropriate locations while maintaining organization and inventory accuracy Follow "first-in, first-out" inventory rotation practices Pick and stage materials for production to avoid downtime Pre-pick and stage outbound shipments Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding areas to internal standards

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1+ year warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment Forklift certified with at least 1 year of experience (gas-powered preferred) Detail-oriented with strong ownership and initiative Positive, team-oriented, and results-driven attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and required

PPE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this position, the Warehouse Associate is exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, including but not limited to; extreme heat, potential for physical injury, exposure to hot fluids, pressurized vessels and transfer lines, strong odors, chemicals, loud regular noise, extreme heights, and moving machinery.
