Job Title:
Warehouse Associate Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support a high-volume warehouse and production operation. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and can maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks. Associates will be responsible for packaging, mail sorting, RF scanning, and general warehouse duties while working as part of a collaborative production team. Opportunities may be available for long-term employment based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Production & Packaging Perform packaging and production activities on automated conveyor lines. Accurately package products according to established quality and production standards. Inspect items for damage, defects, or packaging errors before shipment. Maintain productivity targets while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy. Support production goals during both regular and peak business periods. Mailroom Operations Sort incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately. Package materials and prepare them for shipment or distribution. Organize mail and packages according to company procedures. Ensure timely processing of mailroom and distribution tasks. RF Scanner Operations Utilize RF scanners to scan, track, and verify products throughout the warehouse process. Confirm product accuracy and inventory movement using scanning technology. Report discrepancies and assist with inventory tracking when required. Learn and follow company scanning procedures and best practices. Material Handling Lift, move, and transport packages weighing up to 30 pounds. Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials as needed. Move products between workstations and production areas. Handle products safely while maintaining productivity standards. Training & Team Support Shadow experienced employees during training and onboarding. Follow verbal instructions and demonstrate the ability to replicate learned processes. Ask questions when clarification is needed and actively participate in training. Collaborate effectively with supervisors, trainers, and team members. Warehouse Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Support housekeeping initiatives throughout the warehouse. Keep workstations stocked and organized. Ensure packaging materials and supplies are properly stored. Safety & Compliance Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines. Work safely around conveyor systems and warehouse equipment. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or accidents immediately. Comply with company attendance, productivity, and operational requirements. Required Qualifications Experience Previous warehouse, production, packaging, mailroom, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Skills & Abilities Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Ability to stand and remain active for the entire shift. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines. Ability to follow verbal instructions and learn through observation. Basic computer and technology skills to learn RF scanning processes. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliability Requirements Consistent attendance and punctuality. Dependable work habits and professional attitude. Positive approach toward repetitive work and production tasks. Willingness to remain engaged and focused throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using RF scanners. Experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, mailroom, or manufacturing environments. Experience working on conveyor-line production systems. Ability to work overtime during peak business periods. Interest in contract-to-hire opportunities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift. Frequent walking, reaching, bending, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may become warm during summer months. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive tasks. Schedule Regular Schedule Monday- Friday 7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM Peak Season Schedule (November
- December) Extended shifts: 7:00 AM
- 4:30 PM Additional overtime opportunities available Some employees may work up to 60 hours per week Second shift opportunities may be added during holiday demand periods Work Environment Large, clean, organized, and well-lit warehouse facility.
