As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the quality products they depend on for their homes, farms, and gardens. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our warehouse is the heart of our operation—busy, dynamic, and purposeful. The role is physically active and engaging, keeping you moving throughout your shift. You'll handle a diverse range of agricultural supplies, such as pet foods, fertilizers, livestock feed, trees and shrubs, and other agricultural products. Products typically range from 5-60 lbs, with many items coming in 50 lb bags. While physically demanding, the work creates a natural opportunity for fitness and strength building. Our team members often comment that they enjoy the physical nature of the role as it keeps them active and engaged.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU BRING A

passion for customer service and problem-solving Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Desire to learn and master new skills Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off) Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training)
