Manufacturing Woodworking Full Job Description Warehouse Associate Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role working with lumber and plywood, including handling boards, supporting material flow, and assisting with daily production operations. The position involves learning and operating a variety of woodworking machines after training, providing an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This role requires comfort with physical work and working in a fast-paced environment. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There may be opportunities for additional hours, including staying late or occasional overnight shifts based on workload and business needs. Scheduled breaks include breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Handle and move lumber and plywood materials safely Pick up, stack, and organize boards for production and shipment Assist with material flow throughout the warehouse and production area Learn and operate woodworking machinery after training Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements & Qualifications:

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the day Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment Willingness to learn and operate woodworking machinery Strong team player with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual Forklift experience is a plus (not required) Prior warehouse, lumber, or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
