Warehouse Manager
Salary Range:
$59,160 to $88,740 annually, plus bonus opportunity Works with multiple internal and external partners to set up efficient slotting processes for all warehouse temperatures in addition to various safety and system reporting responsibilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinates warehouse slotting in the areas of new products, deletions, internal moves, and rack changes.
Handles emergency shipments (all specific customer outbound shipments not handled via Dot Transportation/Dispatch).
Coordinates the inventory at location including dealing with discrepancies, lost product, loss/gain, etc.
Conducts weekly warehouse inspections, is involved in all safety committees, and participates in other aspects of safety as needed.
Maintains reports, including but not limited to velocity reports, space utilization reports, hiring status updates, product eligibility/ineligibility status, etc.
Involved in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HAACP) and Food Safety Management initiatives.
Applies lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas of the position
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience.
Strong positive leadership, listening, and communication skills.
Ability to develop, coordinate, and manage changes to completion.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Experience or education in warehouse management concepts/systems such as AS400.
Ability to quickly and accurately incorporate changes.
ROLE SPECIFICS
Shift
- M-F (8AM-5PM), occasional nights and weekends
Supervision - Assigned employee groups.
Travel - Occasional overnight travel for meetings, trainings, and company events.
Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
