Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, picking, packing, and other general labor duties, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to daily tasks. Responsibilities Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately according to customer specifications. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling tools safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems. Load and unload trucks while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and shipping logistics procedures. Support stock replenishment activities by organizing stock in designated areas and updating inventory counts. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipping & receiving. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Follow trade compliance standards and international trade regulations when handling shipments. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping logistics Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes. Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and calculations related to inventory management. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with trade compliance standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
