We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to assist with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and shop. This is a hands-on position that includes assembling boxes and supply kits, organizing and stocking supplies, loading and unloading deliveries, operating warehouse equipment, and keeping the warehouse, shop, and surrounding work areas clean and organized. This position may also occasionally assist our drivers out on routes when an additional helper is needed. Responsibilities Assemble cardboard boxes and prepare supply kits with plastic liners, zip ties, and other materials Package, strap, palletize, and shrink-wrap completed supplies Receive, organize, stock, and put away incoming supplies and materials Load and unload trucks and deliveries Operate a forklift to move supplies and materials Operate the cardboard baler and properly handle cardboard and other recyclable materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shop Keep floors, aisles, work areas, and exits clear and free of debris Keep the outdoor grounds and rear fueling area clean and free of trash and debris Monitor warehouse supplies and assist with maintaining an organized inventory Occasionally ride with company drivers as a helper when additional assistance is needed Assist with other warehouse, shop, and operational duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license required Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar hands-on experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift Dependable and able to report to work consistently and on time Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Willingness to assist in different areas as operational needs require Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the shift Regular use of hands and arms for lifting, assembling, stocking, and handling materials Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks Work around forklifts, balers, trucks, and other moving equipment Work may include both indoor warehouse duties and outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
