Our machine shop handles threading, cutting, chamfering, turning, and other precision modifications to meet our customers' exact specifications. We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in doing great work, supporting each other, and maintaining a positive, no-nonsense work environment. The Role We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Generalist

This isn't a job where you do the same thing every day. You'll rotate through multiple responsibilities across our warehouse operations, gaining exposure to every part of how we get product from our shelves to our customers' doors. If you like staying busy, learning new skills, and being a go-to person your team can count on, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Your day-to-day will vary, and that's by design.

Core responsibilities include:

Pick customer orders by hand and using a reach truck/forklift Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment Receive incoming inventory, inspect for quality, and complete put-away into stock locations Deliver shipments to local customers using a company van or box truck Assist with machine shop assistant tasks (threading, cutting, chamfering, turning) after on-the-job training Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support the team wherever needed
