WAREHOUSE OPERATOINS GENERALIST
About Us Lilly Fasteners LLC is specialty fastener distribution company with in-house customization capabilities. The Role A Warehouse Operations Generalist is someone who thrives in a hands-on role with variety. This isn't a job where you do the same thing every day. You'll rotate through multiple responsibilities across our warehouse operations, gaining exposure to every part of how we get product from our shelves to our customers' doors. You'll stay busy, learn new skills, and become a go-to person your team can count on. What You'll Do Your day-to-day will vary, and that's by design.
Core responsibilities include:
Pick customer orders by hand using various equipment/vehicles (reach truck, hand truck, OP, etc) Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment, with attention to detail on counts, labels, etc Deliver shipments to local customers using a company van or box truck Receive incoming inventory, inspect for quality, and complete put-away into stock locations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support the team wherever needed
