Job Description Rotate through multiple responsibilities across our warehouse operations, gaining exposure to every part of how we get product from our shelves to our customers' doors. You will stay busy, learn new skills, and become a go-to person your team can count on. Responsibilities Pick customer orders by hand using various equipment and vehicles such as reach trucks, hand trucks, and order pickers. Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment, ensuring attention to detail on counts and labels. Deliver shipments to local customers using a company van or box truck. Receive incoming inventory, inspect for quality, and complete put-away into stock locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Essential Skills Experience with inventory management. Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis. Willingness to get trained on and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with demonstrable relevant experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work hours are from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday, in a smaller warehouse setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Newark, DE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
