Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate at Black Box Preps, you'll play a key role in the daily warehouse operations. We're looking for individuals who can help us get work done and keep things moving. Warehouse Associate / Prep Center Associate Job Overview This role consists of two main responsibilities: fulfilling individual customer orders and preparing bulk shipments for Amazon FBA. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling inventory, packing orders, and using our internal software to locate and process items accurately. Part 1: Order Fulfillment (Direct-to-Consumer) You will: Pick items from shelves using our software Pack items securely into boxes Tape and seal boxes properly Apply shipping labels accurately Ensure orders are packed correctly and ready for shipment

Skills Required:

Ability to properly tape and seal boxes Basic computer skills (using software to locate items) Strong attention to detail when labeling and packing Ability to follow step-by-step instructions Part 2: Amazon FBA Prep (Bulk Shipments) You will: Pick items from shelves for bulk shipments Prepare products according to Amazon FBA requirements Polybag, label, tape, or clean items as needed Inspect products to ensure they meet Amazon condition standards

Skills Required:

Polybagging and product prep Accurate labeling Cleaning and inspecting products Proper taping and packaging techniques Basic computer skills to navigate our software Additional Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily productivity goals Strong attention to detail (mistakes can result in rejected or delayed shipments) Reliable, punctual, and dependable Willingness to learn Amazon FBA standards and procedures (training provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience Amazon FBA or e-commerce prep experience Familiarity with barcode scanners Experience with shipping or inventory management software Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
