Job Description
Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch. Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and operational efficiency. Monitor key operational KPIs, including fulfillment accuracy, on-time dispatch, productivity, and attendance. Assign tasks, manage staffing, and adjust workflows based on daily operational needs. Assist with warehouse layout setup, process improvement, and equipment configuration. Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and information. Implement safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks and compliance reviews. Troubleshoot operational issues and provide real-time solutions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Maintain accurate and organized operational records, reports, and inventory-related documentation. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations . Prior team management or supervisory experience is required. Valid forklift certification is required. Strong understanding of warehouse SOPs, inventory flow, sorting, staging, and dispatch operations. Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, manage priorities, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment and actively supporting frontline operations. Familiarity with WMS, inventory management, or warehouse tracking systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening and overnight shifts. Available Shifts We are currently hiring for： Day Shift 3:00 PM
•12:00 AM End time may be extended to 1:00 AM depending on operational needs. Overnight Shift： 11:00 PM
•7:00 AM 1.5× pay differential for eligible overnight/overtime hours.
Pay:
$18.00
•$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
