JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products accurately and safely. Work involves ensuring inventory integrity, maintaining an organized work environment, and supporting timely order fulfillment to meet operational and customer needs. Work is performed under close supervision with minimal latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Stocks and organizes inventory in designated warehouse locations Picks, packs, and prepares orders for shipment according to established procedures Checks, verifies and fills customer invoices Operates warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (as required and trained) Maintains accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or manual logs Performs regular inventory counts and assists with cycle counts and audits Ensures the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follows all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines Reports inventory discrepancies, damaged goods or safety concerns to supervisors Contributes ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED and some administrative experience; OR a combination of experience, certification, education and training that demonstrates expertise in the related areas.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess and maintain a regular Class "E" Driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role Bilingual - English and Spanish
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures Knowledge of, or ability to learn, warehouse procedures and safety protocols Knowledge of, or ability to learn, warehouse data systems Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook and Excel) and applicable department and organization specific software; ability to learn and become proficient in the use of other specialized software as may be required Skill in using mathematics required for the work Skill in record-keeping and data entry Skill in organization, attention to detail, and time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift or move heavy products Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to review, compile and organize forms, documents and related records for efficient processing and ready retrieval Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a service-oriented team Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and information Ability to clearly communicate and understand information in English, orally and in writing Ability to follow public safety guidelines and protocols and perform job functions in a safe manner Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those interacted with during work regardless of race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, genetic information, disability, political affiliation, military service, or diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds Ability to maintain regular attendance to ensure efficient and effective performance of job duties

REQUIREMENTS
Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks involve the periodic performance of moderately physically demanding work, usually involving lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (up to 50 pounds). Tasks that require moving objects of significant weight require the assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and moving equipment. Tasks may involve some climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Tasks are regularly performed inside and/or outside with potential for exposure to adverse environmental conditions (e.g., dirt, cold, rain, fumes). Some tasks require manual dexterity, in addition to visual and hearing acuity. Some tasks may involve identifying and distinguishing colors. Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues or signals.
