Lead Warehouse Associate - Level 2

Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Warehouse Associate - Level 2 you will be expected to perform hands on work with technical leaning, meaning it involves computer proficiency as well as the ability to perform fast paced physical work. More computer skill are required vs. our 'Lead Warehouse Associate - Level 1'. A level 2 lead is the highest position in the company outside of general management. Leadership Expectations As a lead you are expected to be able to direct and train and lead an assistant in any various areas you work in. You are also expected to set an exemplary example for other workers in terms of timeliness, attendance and a willingness to stay late as required.

Overtime Requirements:

Overtime is expected and required when it is beneficial for the company's needs. For example, if there is critical work left undone, employees in this role will be expected to make arrangements to either stay late or come in early to address them.

Cross-Role Flexibility:

It is a challenging role where you will be required to learn and be able to flex into multiple fairly technical roles. We understand not everyone may master every role listed below, however we expect you to be proficient at at least three of them.

Expected Roles:

Below is a summary of a few of the technical roles we would train you in performing: Inventory Management Involve moving and sorting heavy boxes the weigh 30lbs to 50lbs each. Learn the inventory management system, shelving and locating stock Receiving PO's, verifying accurate product were received, verifying correct quantity was received, adding them to stock Quality assurance Applies to pre-owned products that we carry. Involves inspecting other peoples work and reporting issues directly to management. Grading pre-owned inventory by condition Shipping Coordination Learning how to check inventory out of our system Arranging inventory so the shipping department can properly pack and fulfill outgoing orders to customers Doing quality assurance on outgoing packages to ensure they were properly packaged Customer Support Assisting with resolving customer problems, responding to messages Receiving and processing returns, adding the units back into stock for reprocessing Testing outgoing units before returning General Skills Ability to work in a hot warehouse that is partially air conditioned to reduce heat and humidity, but can still get over 90 degrees during the summer. Meet production deadlines while ensuring high standards. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate with team members. Follow safety procedures.

Infrequent Job Responsibilities:

We do not expect applicants for the role to regularly perform production related tasks once their training is complete. However, you will need to quality assurance over these tasks and an understanding of how to complete them is critical to properly perform such quality assurance. In addition or assist with training these tasks. In addition if employees call out or go on extended vacation, assistance in production related tasks may occasionally be required. Therefore applicants who are unwilling to engage in manual labor as needed, need not apply. For the above reasons you will be trained in the following tasks for a period of time, and expected to be proficient: Perform various tasks on the production line, including testing , refinishing, detailing, and packaging bundled products.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and routinely lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Moderate to strong computer related skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Pay Range:

$20 per hour during the 90 training window $22 to $24 per hour after the training window.

Regular Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break) No random hour cuts - consistent 40-hour work weeks During peak seasons, additional shifts may be required on Saturdays.

Overtime Opportunities:

Offered from October 1st to December 20th , up to 10 additional hours per week for efficient warehouse associates. Overtime may also be available outside this period as needed.
