Warehouse Associate

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a dependable Warehouse Associate in Bradenton, Florida , to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and works well as part of a team. The right candidate will play an important role in maintaining workflow efficiency, preparing outgoing shipments, and helping keep warehouse materials properly handled and stored. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule and a chance to gain valuable experience within a supportive warehouse setting.

The Day-to-Day:

Work closely with the Quality Control department to process, manage, and store inventory accurately Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner Lift up to 50 pounds and complete physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment Organize materials and products to support smooth day-to-day operations Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production and shipping goals Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently Comfortable working in a physically active environment Forklift experience is helpful, though not always required, depending on the training provided Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

Schedule:
