Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within our facility. You will ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify the quantity and quality of incoming products. Select, transport, and deliver orders to designated areas within the facilities. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials within the warehouse. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the receiving, storage, and shipping areas. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements. Safely operate powered Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including pallet jacks and forklifts. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
Safely operate forklifts and other relevant equipment. Lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds. Work in environments with extreme temperature variances.
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in inventory management software. (prefered). Apply common sense understanding to follow detailed written or oral instructions. Keep accurate records and work within established control systems.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in receiving, put-away, selection, and shipping is preferred. Ability to safely operate a 26' Box Truck (CDL not required).
Certificates & Licenses:
Valid FL driver's license required. Forklift Certification preferred. Must be eligible for employment in the United States.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a physical exam and background check before hiring.
