Warehouse Shipping & Production Associate - Hablamos español. 📍 Bradenton, FL 🕒 Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM 🚀 Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity Looking for a stable, physical, hands‑on warehouse role with steady hours and room to grow? This role focuses primarily on shipping and receiving in a production warehouse environment. Training is provided, and reliability is key. Why You'll Like This Role ✅ Day shift only — evenings and weekends free ✅ Hands‑on warehouse and shipping work ✅ Opportunity to convert to full‑time ✅ No prior experience required — we train the right candidates What You'll Do Handle shipping and receiving duties in a production warehouse Wrap completed screens and awnings securely for shipment Place products into shipping tubes and prepare them for transport Lift, move, and load heavy materials (50-80 lbs consistently) Load shipping tubes onto outbound trucks Use basic hand tools (box cutters, tape measures, drills, etc.) Perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently Follow all safety and quality standards What We're Looking For Ability to consistently lift 50-80 lbs in a fast‑paced environment Warehouse, shipping, loading/unloading, or production experience is a plus Strong attendance and dependable work ethic Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred , but not required Work Environment Warehouse / production setting Physically demanding role Team‑oriented, fast‑moving operation
