Warehouse Assistant

Immediate Hire, Manzi Metals is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to participate in the daily warehouse, stock room, operations, and activities in our Distribution and Service Center. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to accepting and receiving shipments, storing materials, packaging, and shipping product to customers according to specific instructions.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge and experience using a measuring tape, micrometers & calibrators are a must! HS/GED Education is a must Working in a warehouse & inventory environment Knowledge and experience in erecting skids or wood boxes Experience in working with and using a nail gun Experience in working with and using a deburring machine Experience in working with metal cutting machines Operate and understand how to read a micrometer, caliper, and tape measure Knowledge of measuring equipment is a must Have work experience operating a forklift and/or are capable of attaining a forklift certificate Follow quality standards and comply with quality procedures Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds Knowledge of metal cutting saw operation a plus Keeping an organized, safe, and clean working environment Communicate verbally and written in American English Complete all other duties and tasks as requested Capable of working in a team environment

Workdays:

Monday-Friday Work hours: MON

• 5:00 FRIDAY 8:00
• 12:00 Willing to work 40 hours per week
