Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa on beautiful Captiva Island is looking to hire Marina Dockhands. Successful applicants will work as a member of the marina team, assisting guests in all aspects of using the facilities. Previous boat experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assist in the docking and undocking of vessels, ensuring safety and efficiency Perform routine maintenance on marina equipment and facilities Conduct inspections of docks for safety compliance Provide excellent customer service to boaters and visitors Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized marina environment Qualifications Mechanical knowledge to perform maintenance and repairs on dock machinery preferred but not essential Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in marina operations or similar environments is preferred Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
