Production and Warehouse Assistant

Our team members are cross-trained across multiple areas of the business and play an important role in production, packaging, inventory, organization, and continuous improvement. This is an entry-level position with opportunity to grow for the right person. Primary Responsibilities Assist with all production tasks, including executing work orders, setting up and breaking down equipment, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records. Package products accurately and efficiently according to company standards. Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization. Print labels, prepare work orders, and support scheduling and production activities. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and organization throughout the operation. Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace. cross-train and provide support wherever needed. Take ownership of problems and help find solutions rather than waiting for direction. Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday. Strong organizational skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute wherever needed. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Work Environment Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position involves working in a warehouse and production environment. Portions of our warehouse are not air conditioned and can become hot during Florida summers. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work in a warm environment while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Why Join Us?
